Key Responsibilities:• Planning and executing financial audits from start to finish.• Reviewing internal control systems and identifying financial risks.• Preparing draft audit reports, management letters, and financial statements.• Leading and coaching junior audit staff during fieldworks. Requirements & Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. ACCA members/candidates are highly preferred.• Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of experience in external audit, ideally within a reputable audit firm.• Skills: Deep knowledge of ISAs, IFRSs, and tax laws of Afghanistan.
